For the first service we require that you are home to meet your service technician from NATPC. When we arrive to your residence he/she will listen to your concerns and then inspect your property. Normally we inspect the interior and exterior of the property depending on the type of pest(s) to be controlled. Interior Inspection consists of:

• Checking floor baseboards
• Crack and crevices
• Window and sliding door tracks
• Plumbing areas
• Electric outlets
• Attic spaces

• Checking all eaves for webs or nests of any type
• Foundation check for insect or rodent activity
• 30 ft. from perimeter checks of both the front and backyard

When our service Technician arrives to your property he will listen to your concerns and inspect the areas where you are having problems. Normally we inspect the interior and exterior of the property depending on the type of pest(s) to be controlled. Interior Inspection consists of:

• Checking floor base boards/warehouse foundation
• Electrical outlets
• Plumbing conduit and any large crack or crevice/ roll up door areas

• Checking exterior foundation
• Entrances or exits
• Yards/flowerbeds within 30 ft. of property
